Budapest – Budapest Zoo & Botanical Garden
“The Budapest Zoo is one of the world’s oldest, and it remains vibrant and full of life with its diverse range of animals and engaging exhibits. I recommend setting aside at least half a day to explore highlights like the elephant house, the savanna, and the petting zoo. Kids will love it! The botanical garden within the zoo is also a peaceful spot for a relaxing stroll. For a convenient and family-friendly place to stay nearby, I suggest the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus, known for its spacious rooms and outstanding service.”

Budapest – Children’s Railway in the Buda Hills
“The Children’s Railway is a one-of-a-kind experience in Budapest, where kids run the show (with adult supervision, of course). I recommend hopping on for a ride through the beautiful Buda Hills. It’s a fun and educational adventure that kids absolutely love. Along the way, there are plenty of stops perfect for forest walks or a picnic. For an added treat, pair the ride with a short hike up to János Hill and the Elisabeth Lookout Tower, where you’ll be rewarded with stunning views of the city.”

Budapest – Palatinus Baths, Margaret Island
“Budapest’s thermal baths are a must, and the Palatinus Baths on Margaret Island are a great choice for families. I recommend spending an afternoon here. Kids will love the wave pool, slides, and outdoor pools, while parents can unwind in the soothing thermal waters. Margaret Island itself is a peaceful green escape, with plenty of room for kids to run around and explore.”
